1. In sauce pan, combine 3/4 cup cold water and 2 large tablespoons cereal; Stir
2. Bring to a slow boil 5 seconds, stirring continuously to prevent scorching. Leave sit on burner and cover for 5 minutes
1. In suitable bowl, combine 3/4 cup cold water and 2 large tablespoons cereal; Mix well
2. Heat on high 60 seconds; Stir and repeat. Cover 5 minutes
Sweeten to taste with pure maple syrup or pure maple sugar, approx 1-2 Tbsp. Add 1/2 to 1 cup fresh or frozen fruit.
NOTE: Adding more product thickens cereal
